I've got a kind of weird problem. I just switched to this from UC mod, and now I'm playing horribly. Songs I could easily complete in UC and GHII I'm now failing out on within the first 10%. My lag settings are the same, and I have the hit window set to normal, but I just can't seem to hit anything....

I play with a PS3 GHIII controller. Just plug in the USB dongle and set your buttons using the guitar in the in-game options. No JoyToKey or anything required.

Also, the PS3 Rock Band guitar works the same way.
